Biography
Both freshly-graduated, industrial designer Dorian Koelmans and DJ/artist Roel de Boer started sharing a studio at the creative breeding ground “Krux” in the Eastern Docklands of Amsterdam in 2010. Although they have always worked separately and continue to do so, their shared studio gradually became a platform of shared interest in architecture, interior design and woodworking. When Krux closed its doors, a new studio community called “ISO” arose from the same organization and the obvious next step for Dorian and Roel was to move along and build a new studio together from scratch and finally, their mutual love of all things three-dimensional came to fruition and this resulted in a shared atelier / shared works as shown on this website.
