The Kas Keerweer is an old Inner city green house owned by the City Council of Amsterdam, now functioning as a cooking school and neighbourhood get-together. We’ve designed and built a new kitchen to facilitate a more serious and professional usage, blending the new kitchen into the existing environment through the use of green water-repellent MDF for the doors, drawer fronts and side panels and 16mm caramel-coloured bamboo for the counter top.
